Tuna Chickpea Salad
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna drained, flaked with a fork
- 400 g grams chickpeas cooked, drained
- 2 cucumber medium, chopped
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 bunch of parsley fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Divide the tuna, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and onion evenly between bowls.
- Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and season.
