Deconstructed sushi to balance blood sugar levels to promote stable energy.

Sushi Bowl
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1/2 cucumber cubed
- 1 avocado cubed
- 4 nori sheets cut into slices
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 20 grams of mayonaise
- 1 tsp of sriracha or tabasco
- 1 cup of cooked brown rice or cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup of tamari sauce
Instructions
- Cook your rice.
- Evenly divdie the rice, salmon, cucumber avocado and nori between 2 bowls.
- Garnish with some sesame seeds.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha together and drizzle on top.
