Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cucumber cubed
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 4 nori sheets cut into slices
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 20 grams of mayonaise
  • 1 tsp of sriracha or tabasco
  • 1 cup of cooked brown rice or cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup of tamari sauce

Instructions

  • Cook your rice.
  • Evenly divdie the rice, salmon, cucumber avocado and nori between 2 bowls.
  • Garnish with some sesame seeds.
  • Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha together and drizzle on top.
