Tuna Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna drained, flaked with a fork
  • 400 g grams chickpeas cooked, drained
  • 2 cucumber medium, chopped
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 bunch of parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • Divide the tuna, chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and onion evenly between bowls.
  • Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and season.
