Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of hummus
  • 2 x hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 avocado cubed
  • handful of olives
  • 1/4 cucumber cubed
  • 100 g mixed green leaves

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a tupperware or bowl and season. Enjoy
