Broad Bean, Feta & Pea
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- Handful of Broad beans
- Handful of peas
- 1/2 tbsp of feta
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 slice of good quality bread- sourdough rye, whole meal, gluten free
Instructions
- Thaw out the peas and broad beans. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and feta through. Smash the avocado onto your toasted bread and place the mixture on top.
