Broad Bean, Feta & Pea

Ingredients

  • Handful of Broad beans
  • Handful of peas
  • 1/2 tbsp of feta
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 slice of good quality bread- sourdough rye, whole meal, gluten free

Instructions

  • Thaw out the peas and broad beans. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and feta through. Smash the avocado onto your toasted bread and place the mixture on top.
