Handful of Broad beans
Handful of peas

of feta

of olive oil
Salt and Pepper

of good quality bread- sourdough
rye, whole meal, gluten free
Instructions
Thaw out the peas and broad beans. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and feta through. Smash the avocado onto your toasted bread and place the mixture on top.
