GARLIC, TOMATO, BASIL BUTTER BEANS with FETA

Ingredients
400
g
of butter beans drained and rinsed
2
garlic cloves - finely chopped
1
punnet
good quality cherry tomatoes
2
tbsp
of olive oil
1
bunch of Basil
1/2
block of feta
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160. To a baking tray add the garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and butter beans. Season.
Add to oven and cook slowly for 25 minutes.
Remove and mix through basil leaves and crumble feta.
Serve with sourdough bread and a good bitter green salad
Notes
This recipe tastes better when the sun is out!
