Coconut and Raspberry Pancakes

of coconut flour

of gf baking powder

of cinnamon

tap of cacao powder

coconut milk

punnet of raspberries

coconut yogurt
Instructions
Blend together let the mixture set for around 20 minutes.
Make the coulis by adding raspberries to a pan with 1 tbsp of water on a low heat. Add 1 tsp of maple syrup. Stir until the right consistency.
Add 3 tbsp of batter for each pancake into a pan and fry until golden on both sides. Pair with raspberry coulis and coconut yoghurt.
