Smoked Salmon, Avocado, Spinach Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado cubed
- 100 g of spinach
- 2 boiled eggs halved
- 100 g edamame beans thawed out if frozen
- 100 g rocket
Instructions
- Simply add all ingredients into a bowl and top with a simply olive oil and lemon juice.
