Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 100 g of spinach
  • 2 boiled eggs halved
  • 100 g edamame beans thawed out if frozen
  • 100 g rocket

Instructions

  • Simply add all ingredients into a bowl and top with a simply olive oil and lemon juice.
