Blackened Fish with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salsa:
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1/2 mango cubed
  • 10 cherry tomatoes finely diced
  • 1 handful of coriander
  • 1 red chilli finely diced
  • 1 lime – juice of
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 pieces of white fish seabass, basa, pollock

Instructions

  • Add a drizzle of olive to the fish and the seasoning and gently rub into the fish. Leave to Marinade for a as long as possible. Fry/air fry for 10 mins or bake for 15 mins.
  • Combine all salsa ingredients and set aside.
  • Serve with rice, salads & some greens (always).
